Staffing Resources Hub manages confidential documents and interpreting sessions across government, legal, healthcare, financial, and corporate settings. Confidentiality is essential, and the platform is designed to protect your data from the initial request through delivery and retention.
All files move through encrypted channels; uploads and downloads use TLS encryption, and we avoid sending sensitive documents by standard email. For clients who need it, we support SFTP, encrypted cloud storage, and direct API integrations.
Every interpreter, translator, and staff member signs a comprehensive confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement before handling client materials — covering document content, client identity, and project specifics. On SRH, that agreement is signed and tracked as part of onboarding.
Client materials are accessible only to assigned linguists and coordinators. SRH enforces role-based access with complete audit trails, so every request, assignment, and action is logged, and multi-factor authentication protects staff access to client data.
Systems are built to meet HIPAA requirements for protected health information, including encrypted storage, access logging, business-associate agreements, and staff training.
Clear, policy-driven retention aligns with industry standards, and materials are securely destroyed when retention periods conclude.
OPI and VRI sessions use encrypted audio and video channels, and recordings are policy-driven — off by default and controlled centrally — with restricted access.
For enterprise and government clients we offer additional measures, including dedicated environments, custom procedures, background-checked teams, and infrastructure integration.
